Over the last ten years' Associated Recycling Solutions Ltd (RSL) have continuously developed the Asphalt Recycler range and have provided designs for a wide range of customers.

RSL in Partnership
Together with Leicestershire County Council RSL developed the Asphalt Recycler. Leicesterhsire City Council were one of our earliest clients, from the public sector, to purchase the highly effective Asphalt Recycler.
In particular, RSL would like to thank Chris Summers, Materials Engineer for Leicestershire County Council, for the 3 year contribution to the development of Asphalt Recycling for Leicestershire County Council. Prior to that, Chris had 35 years' experience working with materials for Highways Maintenance and Construction.

RSL Efficiency
RSL understand and appreciate the importance of keeping wear and tear to a minimum. RSL plant are designed to ensure minimum maintenance, kept simple and allowing RSL, or your own on-site operators and engineers, to maintain plant efficiently and effectively.
RSL's policy is to always use standard parts wherever possible thus minimising any potential 'down-time'.
RSL Specialists
RSL also specialises in the supply, manufacture and maintenance of hot Asphalt Recyclers, alongside a range of mixers and road equipment. This ensures excellent after sales service, provided by RSL, is second to none and can therefore guarantee maximum service.
RSL are also able to supply static Asphalt Recyclers that easily fit into an open top 40ft container, this substantially helps with transportation.
The VEB 16000 Static Asphalt Recycler
The VEB 16000 Static Asphalt Recycler has been sold and despatched to the USA and is capable of producing over 40 tonnes of Recycled Asphalt per day.
