Fuel Savings
The Asphalt Recycler is one of the most efficient asphalt recycler's currently available on the market.
It only take 8-11 litres of red diesel per mix is all it takes to produce 5 tonnes of recycled breakout.
RSL are currently working towards replacing the current red diesel fuel with a new environmentally friendly bio-fuel. Our engineers are confident that red diesel can be and will be replaced with Bio-fuel.
Labour Savings
The RSL Asphalt Recycler requires minimal staffing; 1 x JCB driver and 2 x apshalt recycler operators.
Using just three trained individuals can produce a minimum of 200 tonnes per week at 40 tonnes a day of either recycled base or recycled planings as a wearing /surface course.
These production details are for a mobile plant, for a static plant you can multiply these figures by up to three!
